Description:

The CasaConnect KNX Central Unit is a control unit for the KNX building bus system. The graphic touch screen and the integrated automatic functions allow easy central setting and operation of the technical equipment installed in the building. The basic configuration is carried out via the ETS.

Functions:

• KNX control with access to the participants in the KNX building bus system
• Colour touch display 10.1-inch, for manual operation, system set up and or setting the basic and automatic functions
• Network connection by LAN or WLAN
• Browser for viewing websites, etc.
• Remote access via network for system setup, diagnostics, etc. Approval by the user required
• Slide show from SD card as screen saver
• Data storage on SD card (storage of settings)
• Integrated loudspeaker (4 tweeters, 1 broadband speaker)
• 24 scenes for calling up individually set movement positions and witching states. With a scene several motors and devices are addressed simultaneously so a suitable ambience is created with one press of a button (“TV”, “Eating” etc.)
• 80 type A channels for drives (blinds, shutters, awnings, windows), fans and luminaires (switching, dimming, RGB(W), colour temperature). Each with extensive automatic functions -120 type B channels for operating and display elements (dimmer, pushbuttons), sensors, alarm messages and the transmission of floating point values and text messages
• 15 type C channels used as a temperature controller extension unit, i.e. it is used to control a heating or cooling system according to KNX specifications for HVAC applications -3 alarm objects and 4 central objects with function assignment on the display
• Individually adjustable presence simulation
• Safety module for alarm system messages with memory for event log
• Integrated HCL (Human Centric Lighting) control: biodynamic lighting control changes light colour and brightness in the course of the day
